| Mr. Jones, According to Margaret Wallace with the City Planning Department, as required by Texas law, the City of Houston approved its three year annexation plan in January. A copy of that plan is attached. In it, the City states that it anticipates no general purpose annexation in three years. We have annexed, for limited purposes, some commercial area within several utility districts in the Atascocita area (MUDS 109, 132, and 153). The City will most likely consider additional limited purpose annexations later this year, and it is possible some utility districts from that area may apply. I hope this helps.
